Description
The project's goal is to create a gastronomy school in Saittas to train chefs of local restaurants, emphasising the use of local products and recipes. More specifically, the project it aims to fund (i) the construction of a ‘Gastronomy Training Centre’ and (ii) the landscaping of the surrounding area with indigenous crops, aromatic plants and plants of the local flora. In implementing this project, the Community Council of Moniatis seeks to promote the agricultural and gastronomic culture of the Troodos region and of Cyprus in general.
